The quoted prices are in Euro
and apply per day and apartment, they include all fees.
We will reserve the apartment for you beginning at 2
pm on the day of arrival and until 10 am on
the day of your departure.
Your request or reservation will become valid upon receiving
our confirmation. To confirm your reservation please transfer
a deposit of 100,00 Euro. We will be happy to supply the necessary bank
information via email ().
Cancellations: You may cancel your reservation
up to 30 days prior to the date of arrival, the deposit will
be retained to cover processing charges. Cancellations received
29 to 15 days prior to date of arrival will incur a fee of 30%
of the total amount due, 14 to 7 days 45 %, and 6 to 1 day prior
to arrival 80%. In the event of no-shows, late arrival or premature
departure, 100% of the total amount due will be invoiced. The
percentages refer to the total amount due for the reserved apartment. |
